Tucked Away is a quaint cottage reminiscient of nostalgic Nantucket beach cottages, with it’s lightly whitewashed exposed beams and open-stud walls. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this cozy retreat sleeps 4 very comfortably, however can accommodate up to 6 if needed. Located in the heart of Brant Point, Tucked Away is simple in design yet offers many quality amenities to maximize your comfort.

The entire cottage was refurnished in June 2004 - all living, dining, bedroom, and bath furnishings are brand new. This includes sofas, chairs, tables, beds, TV’s, washer, dryer, pillows, linens, bath & beach towels, rugs, shades, pots & pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and even artwork. In 2005, all kitchen appliances were replaced, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave.

The first floor consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. The living room contains a queen sleeper-sofa with two additional casual chairs, end tables, a coffee table, and a TV with VCR and DVD players. The dining table seats 6 comfortably.

The second floor holds the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bath with tub and shower, linen closet, and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer.

Tucked Away also comes with many extras to enhance your stay, such as cable TV, a Bose radio with CD player, phone service with free unlimited calls nationwide, a new gas grill, back deck with teak dining set and umbrella that seats 4, private backyard abutting conservation land, 4 Adirondack chairs for lounging or sunning, and 4 beach chairs, and parking on the shell driveway (pictured at left) for 2 cars.

Tucked Away is just steps away from the water. Pictured here is the path that leads to Henry Street Beach, and a spectacular view of the Harbor. Tucked Away gives you access to the best that Nantucket has to offer, in a cozy, relaxed setting that's sure to make your vacation one to remember.
